With over 22 years of successful geriatric nursing experience in all types of settings including assisted living, hospitals, skilled nursing and adult family homes, Lisa is well-versed in the obstacles that affect seniors and is adept at finding positive and timely solutions. Her attention to detail and a strong desire to help others succeed has been vital in her contribution to Village Concepts. Anticipating individual and group needs and taking a personal interest in people has allowed Lisa to effectively manage and train nursing staff and facilitate proactive change and resolutions for our residents.
