Cisco Morris Tills (Potted) Soil at Senior Village Celebrity Green Thumb Shares Small Springtime Secrets in September Master Gardener and local media personality Ciscoe Morris will give a presentation on patio and container gardening at the Northshore Senior Center in the heart of Bothell's "Senior Village" on September 29th at 2pm. A certified arborist and former 24-year head groundskeeper of the Seattle University campus, Mr. Morris now focuses on his Saturday morning KIRO radio show "Gardening with Ciscoe," and delivers televised planting tips on KING 5 several times a week. Retirees from all over the Puget Sound region are invited to "Garden With Ciscoe" on September 29th, and learn tips for cultivating and enjoying a downsized garden. The event is jointly sponsored by the six communities surrounding the nationally acclaimed Northshore Senior Center, making up what is affectionately referred to as Bothell's "Senior Village." Each community is rich in services and amenities, and offers something unique. Shuttles supplied by the communities will be available to members of the public and local residents alike. Vendors specializing in specialty wares for patio and container gardening will be set up throughout the Senior Village, and passports will be given out and stamped at each community for a chance to win gift certificates to Molbak's Nursery and several area restaurants.
