Country Meadow Village recently donated $2,000 to the Brigid Collins Family Support Center, according to a news release.

Country Meadow Village executive director Sandra Jensen and program director David Bricka presented the check to Veronica Lopez, Skagit Children’s Advocacy Center director, and Mike Cook, Brigid Collins board member, on behalf of the residents and staff at a recent gathering at the retirement community.

The funds were raised from the annual Mother’s Day Brunch and proceeds from Kathy’s Kloset, a consignment shop set up by Country Meadow Village staff member Kathy Richter for the residents and staff, according to the release.
