We are looking for a qualified Maintenance Director to join our team. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: general maintenance, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, general repair and preventative maintenance.

The ideal candidate has two years of maintenance or construction experience, fundamental knowledge of building maintenance, use and operation of hand and power tools, excellent communication and organizational skills and the ability to show sincere compassion and genuine concern for the needs of seniors. Supervisory experience preferred. Must have high school diploma or equivalent, be able to perform the physical requirements of the job, possess a valid Washington State Drivers License, acquire and keep current American Red Cross First Aid and CPR or equivalent and be able to pass background inquiries by DSHS and WSP.
